What's New in Version 4.0 ?

Windows 2003 compatible: Omni2000 Server now runs on Windows 2003 Server O/S for added security and Microsoft support.
Windows XP Pro: Omni2000 clients now run on Windows XP Pro O/S, and Windows XP Pro is now supported on AM Headend Controllers.
High Performance SNMP Manager: Performance with SNMP managed devices is dramatically improved in Version 4.0, allowing for many more managed devices.
Enhanced DOCSIS Functionality for AM’s Model 9362 DOCSIS power supply transponder, including “Auto-population”.
Auto-Time Synchronization: MCU time is now synchronized to Omni2000 server time.
Power Supply test utility now supports HMS and DOCSIS devices.
Native language support is supported in Version 4.0.
Extended Alarm View now includes site type and parameter specific filtering
Harmonic Site Controller Support: Interfaces to existing Harmonic site controller PC’s or Harmonic applications can run on the Omni2000 PC.
GPS (Lat/Long) parameters have been added to site properties in Version 4.0.
C-COR ValueMax Transponder is supported in Version 4.0 (AM or HMS protocols).
CHP MAX5000 headend equipment support, with additional capabilities over Version 3.1.
USB Key: Removed dependency of “Parallel Port” to install Omni2000 clients.
GIS Support: V4 offers an interface to an AM or 3rd party Geographic Information System.
